Kirksey was selected to design a new 42,000-sf dining hall to replace the current facility, constructed in 1928. Located adjacent to the existing student union, this building will create a new heart for the campus. This modern facility will provide dining for more than 700 students in an environment in step with today's restaurants and entertainment centers. The dining facility will include an extended hour café/coffee shop, private dining halls seating 100 and 50, executive dining room, convenience store and required kitchen, concept and storage areas. |
