The University of St. Thomas is a private Catholic University serving over 4,300 students from around the world. To reflect the scale of the surrounding residential neighborhood, Kirksey designed a new residence hall that replaces the 30-year old Guinan Hall. The new 90,000-sf facility will increase student occupancy from 200 to 300 beds and house a computer lab, classroom space, a 4,000-sf lounge, a catering kitchen, and 10 study lounges throughout.
